MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
After an order is handed over to a logistics company and shipped, the package is no longer in our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To begin your exchange, email email@example.com with subject line: exchange request: order xxxxx. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
Instructions will be sent upon approval from a wake team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for us to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org.
