RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email
info@preach-es.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.
MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
After an order is handed over to a logistics company and shipped, the package is no longer in our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
To begin your return, email info@preach-es.com with subject line: return request: order xxxxx. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
To begin your exchange, email info@preach-es.com with subject line: exchange request: order xxxxx. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.
Instructions will be sent upon approval from a wake team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for us to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly info@preach-es.com.
